Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of autosparepartsdirect.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Auto Spare Parts Direct (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to place an order.

Products, Fitment and Descriptions

We sell new and used OEM (original equipment manufacturer) auto parts. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your vehicle by checking the OEM part number, your VIN and your vehicle’s specifications before you buy. We help with fitment questions, but we do not guarantee fitment unless we confirm it in writing for your VIN. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the part you receive. Electronic modules may need programming, coding or adaptation by a qualified technician after installation.

Brand Names and Non-Affiliation

Auto Spare Parts Direct is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle makes, models and brand names such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Lexus, Jeep and Nissan are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible vehicles and parts.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the Site and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Taxes, duties and import charges that apply to your order are described in our Shipping Policy.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, or cancel it before shipment, for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, or inability to verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds and the limited warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s destination address.

Safe Installation and Use

Automotive parts, especially brake, steering, suspension, airbag and electronic components, affect vehicle safety. Parts must be installed by a qualified technician. You accept responsibility for the installation and use of any part you buy.

Export and International Orders

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to importing and using the parts in your country. You confirm that you are not located in, or ordering for a person or entity in, a sanctioned or embargoed destination or on a restricted-party list.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, graphics, logos and layout belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, fraud, interference with security, automated data collection, or attempts to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” except for the express warranty in our Return Policy, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, labour or towing costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auto Spare Parts Direct is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date.
